In-Process Dimension Inspection
Critical dimensions are checked at set intervals during moulding runs to hold tolerance across the full production batch.
Leak Test
Assembled valves are checked for leakage across the seat, seal and union joints before pressure testing.
Hydrostatic Pressure Test
Every valve is tested to its rated working pressure — a 100% test regime, not statistical sampling.
Final Visual & Functional Inspection
Operation, handle torque and surface finish are inspected before a product is approved for packing.
Certification & Documentation
Test records and quality certificates are maintained and available for dealer, distributor and export compliance requirements.
