We make one thing, and we make a lot of it.
Ajay Plastics manufactures solid valves, single-piece ball valves, and agriculture and plastics articles from its plant in Gujarat. The range runs from a 15 mm valve on a nursery bed to a 150 mm main, in RPVC, UPVC, CPVC, PP and ABS.
Our customers are dealers, distributors, irrigation contractors and the growers they supply. That shapes what we build: valves that go in fast, seal first time, and still turn after a season in the sun and the soil.
Nothing in the catalogue is a badge-engineered import. Every product on this site is moulded, assembled and tested in our own factory.

FLOTEC — drip irrigation ball valve
The agricultural line. Ball valves, non-return valves, flush valves and unions built specifically for micro-irrigation: main supply control, zoning and sector control, lateral flushing. This is what the brand name says on the lockup, and we have not diluted it.

Sigma — the wider plumbing range
The same components, tooling and testing, carried into residential, commercial and industrial plumbing. Where a job needs hot water or chemical duty rather than field irrigation, it goes out under Sigma.
Which SKUs carry which brand, and how the two should be positioned against each other, is To be confirmed with the client.

Moulded, assembled and tested under one roof.
Injection moulding, assembly, hydrostatic testing and packing all happen in the same plant. That is what lets us hold a consistent seal across a range that spans a ten-to-one size ratio.
Non-return valves are tested individually — 100% factory tested, not batch sampled — because a check valve that sticks once has already failed.

What we test,
and why it matters.
- Lead freeProcessed from a non-toxic, lead-free compound — safe for potable and food-contact duty.
- Leak proofTPE seals give a leak-free close at low, fixed torque. No chattering on open or close.
- Easy installationSolvent-socket ends. True union bodies open for service without cutting the pipe.
- Chemical resistantResists many inorganic chemicals. EPDM O-rings on the non-return range.
- Light weightA fraction of the weight of metal, and it assembles quickly in the field.

- Stem guides prevent side thrust, so torque stays constant
