The whole system starts here.
A ball valve on the main line is the one place a grower can start, stop or throttle the entire drip system. It has to seal absolutely when closed and get out of the way entirely when open.
That is why every FLOTEC ball valve is designed full bore — the ball's opening matches the pipe's, so an open valve costs you almost nothing in pressure. Stem guides carry the side thrust so the handle stays smooth after thousands of cycles, and the open or closed position is read off the handle from a distance.

Place valves strategically and a single water source becomes separate irrigation zones — each one scheduled for its own crop, its own soil, its own pressure.

Zone A — Row Crop Shorter, more frequent sets. Isolated on its own lateral so the main line stays charged.

Zone B — Orchard Longer runs at steady pressure. A three-way valve diverts without a second tee.

Zone C — Nursery Low volume, high frequency. Flush valves clear the lateral ends between cycles.
